August 21 -24, 2009. All branches will be open till 5:00 p.m. on the Friday. Will I have access to my account during conversion weekend? The credit union will be CLOSED during conversion. During this time, there will be interruptions in ATM and Point-of-Sale services. Members will not be able to use their MemberCard for ATM or debit card (Point-of-Sale) transactions after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2009. What will I do for funds during this time? Have alternative payment methods available, i.e. cash, credit cards, cheques. Will I be able to use the internet or telephone banking? Access to internet and telephone banking will not be available from August 21st to August 23rd during conversion weekend. Also, we will be changing to new systems for both. Will I have to add all my bill payment vendor information again? No, your current personalized information from the cuanytime system and telephone banking system will be brought forward. However, all future dated bill payments and transfers will have to be set up again. When will I get my statement? Statements will contain the same information, but will be presented in a different format. All member-owners will receive two statements in August. The first statement will show the final balance and transactions prior to conversion weekend. Please keep this for your records. Your second, newly formatted statement will arrive on or around the same day it would have normally arrived. Will my member number change? Accounts will no longer be referred to by membership number and sub numbers. Instead, each of your current sub numbers will now be separate account numbers linked to your name. Will my ID and Access Code (PAC) for internet and telephone banking be changing? Yes. In order to access the new internet and telephone banking systems, you will need your MemberCard number and access code. Your initial access code will be 5 digits long – it will be the last four digits of your MemberCard number and the number four (4). Will the website address for internet banking change? Yes. A message will be added to Teleservice conversion weekend advising of the new phone number for telephone banking.
